Easy to use website with extremely competitive prices. Not had to use them yet and hopefully never will but happy to be covered by them. Policy documents emailed straight away.

Happy with the monthly cost. Hope I’m still happy after first service. Reasonable call out cost, again will judge when, or if, I have to use it. As I am a new customer I cannot answer the following questions honestly Until I have used the service

Friendly costomer service team that were willing to explain in detail the package. Was able to give me sometime to reflect and decide and even suggested alt package although for slightiy higher cost.

YourRepair webpage has all the information required to purchase breakdown cover. Happy with cost. My only criticism is the annual service is not carried out until the last month of the cover. My boiler is 3 years old and has been served every year so this means my boiler will not be serviced this year. That makes me uncomfortable and I may need to find a engineer to carry out a service. When purchasing cover there was no mention of when the service would take place and I assumed it would be this summer period. My confirmation email said my service is May.

Only spoke to someone to change from Corgi. I had to pay a cancellation fee which irritated me and I would have waited to change if I hadn’t already given my details for payment to your company. You should warn prospective customers they will probably have to pay a fee rather than telling them they are entitled to cancel their current contract.

As an 81yr.old,I regret I do not do on line! As yet I have not seen a telephone no.that I would need if an emergency occurs.Therefore I could not continue with your Co.Hopefully this can be rectified.
