“Good value and easy to apply. The only down side is that after I had signed up I was given a date for my annual boiler service which is 12 months from now just before the 12 months contract is due to end. It is stated that a service will be done within the contract year but I would have expected it to be at the start of my contract to ensure my boiler was in good working order before the winter.”
“Haven’t had a repair but after signing up for boiler cover was asked to review the sign up process. It was very easy. My only complaint is that the annual service is at the end of the year and not the start of the plan.”
