“I had no hot water or heating. The man I spoke to was very helpful and the engineer contacted me the same day and came out and fixed what she could and I had heating the same day. My boiler is old and she needed to order a part to fix the hot water. She was so helpful and concientious. Can't praise her enough. Thank you”
