Only just signed up but am impressed so far. I struggled to sign up to a plan online so gave them a ring. The call was answered very quickly and the chap I spoke to was clear and efficient. Confirmation details were received by email immediately and the registration process on their website was simple. Support requests can be logged on the website which is good to see.

Your Repair is very quick & easy to sign up to . So far so good . Hopefully it will continue. Bit early to commit to recommending to anyone atm as iv had nothing done I have just signed up .

I was advised by a friend to think about getting cover as (like myself) my boiler’s not getting any younger. I’ve therefore only just joined, but the signing up was very straight forward, and I found them on the Martin Lewis advice site as a recommended service provider. Would be nice to not have to do a callout review at any point, as that would mean I’d had no issues, but if and when it happens I’ll be back.
