Spoke with Oliver one of your telephone sales team, he was excellent, all the questions I asked he answered clearly and professionally. It was nice to be able to speak with a person & my call was answered almost immediately within a minute. Many thanks Oliver and well done Mr Don Barlow

Joined "Your Repair" Boiler Breakdown Cover Plan today. I took this plan out online and the process was really straight forward including setting my Direct Debit monthly payments. Very Pleased with the whole process.

My search engine took me to your site, I thought I was looking at BG. Oliver started a chat. We spoke on phone. Realised I’d made a mistake in who I was contacting. I rang BG but they failed to answer their phones so I called Oliver back and ended up signing up for Boiler Cover. Oliver was a gem on the phone. Friendly, informative and an great asset to the company

Recommended by a neighbour when we moved. Setting up account/contract was very straightforward. Good help was given on the phone & even arranged boiler service within a week. This was completed & certificate provided by a very friendly Engineer.

It was very easy to sign up , I used to have home care in my last property & always found the service brilliant & very quick if you did unfortunately have a break down , so pleased I’m back with them & covered huge weight off my mind knowing I’m covered & no big unexpected repair bills .
