“Had a lovely gentleman come out twice as unable to fix problem lem and required a new part. He communicated throughout the whole process of what would happen. Was a very nice man, would give him 10*. The staff while dealing with the issue communicated well and were genuinely nice and helpful on the phone. Very happy with the recent service.”
“I just joined haven’t had a repair yet!!! Therefore can’t recommend. I was surprised however having enrolled you don’t come out to service the boiler for 10 months ( next September!!??) - why is that?”
