“I have been ordering Zala halo extensions for over 5 years. In the last year or maybe more I feel the quality of these extensions have diminished significantly. The elastic loops have unraveled. The color of the extensions I usually order has changed and the quality of the hair itself varies greatly. I am considering finding another company to get my halos. Also the website is NOT user friendly and many times I can't seem to get past the ridiculous security system. Why do we need strict security to order hair extensions?? Unnecessary for the customer.”

“The first order i recieved was amazing thick and lasted about 4 months. I have just recieved my second pack and it seemed a bit thinner then the last. I love the color blends well with my hair. It was more expensive then my last purchase as well and I'm not sure why. Also the 18inch tapes in dirty blonde is never available.”
