“ Purchased a pair of ladies shoes from the film wicked £164 for my granddaughter messages show delivered 24 Dec but have not been delivered customer service said they would call me back with in 5 days to see what has happened to them but have not had any call back 3 Jan looks like I have just lost though bad management will not use them again ”

“ Absolutely don’t buy anything from them! thieves! I wish I had checked the reviews sooner! very reprehensible behavior on a daily basis! the courier leaves an empty parcel or one with missing items in front of the house and notes that it has been delivered! you don't get what you paid for and they wash their hands of it! The case was reported to Obmusmen organization and to the bank as fraud! Customer service absolutely horrible! Ordered men’s shoes and cap and socks for £211 and got it only sock 🧦!!!! ”
