“Tutto davvero ottimo. Innanzitutto hanno dei prodotti di qualità a prezzi molto ragionevoli (e poi bisogna dire che hanno davvero tantissimi prodotti). In secondo luogo, lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile, e risponde in fretta. Infine, le spedizioni sono rapide. Insomma, è un progetto realizzato veramente bene, da persone serie e affidabili. Super consigliato”

“Per la prima volta dopo diversi anni ho avuto un problema di germinazione, ho contattato il servizio supporto e in pochissimo tempo mi hanno rimpiazzato i semi,cosa dire di più che un enorme grazie da parte mia . “Service client au top, très réactif et généreux. Le service client est vraiment remarquable : à l’écoute, rapide et proactif. J’ai été un peu déçue par une variété, et sans même avoir besoin de les contacter, l’équipe m’a écrit d’elle-même pour régler le souci. On a trouvé un accord très rapidement, ce qui m’a vraiment impressionnée. Merci à Zamnesia pour ce professionnalisme rare !”
