“No communication and their tribe ranks are a scam. I am about to level to bear and now I no longer get XP points. I guess they don't actually have a bear or eagle level. I have tried to email 6 times and only got one response which stated my order was on the way, that's great but I asked about my XP not the order. Stay away from the blueberry seeds they do not sprout. If they don't want to actually honor the rank above wolf they need to just take it off the website and not lead people on and then ignore them.”

“When they don't have stock on an item they don't give u a refund or what u would rather have. They give u gift points which have almost no value and u still have to spend £21 on the order”

“Order [89970663] - Still not shipped since the 16th I placed an order on the 16th and it is still 'in preparation'. I have sent multiple emails and contacted support via chat and Instagram, but I have received no response at all. Since I paid via MB WAY, I have no way to dispute the payment. Please ship my order immediately or issue a full refund. This lack of communication is unacceptable”

“Ich habe am 3.4 bestellt und bezahlt, am 4.4 ist mir aufgefallen das ich einen falschen Artikel bestellt habe ( nur die falsche Farbe) ich habe eine Email gesendet mit der Frage ob die Farbe getauscht werden kann. Am 9.4 kam die Antwort: Leider können wir nicht auf dem Wunsch eingehen, da das Paket schon verpackt ist. Heute ist der 15.4 und das Paket ist immer noch nicht versendet.”

“Took a month for my grow kit to come, they didn’t ship it out until 8 days after I had ordered. The customer service is terrible, they take days to reply at a time and still don’t want to resolve the issue, they offered me 15% discount off next order but then don’t want to give me the code 🙃 absolutely useless. Won’t be ordering ever again.”

“Very bad experience. I placed my order on the 17th and paid immediately via instant bank transfer. Now almost 10 days have passed and I still have not received any payment confirmation. Customer support is not responding at all, even though I have already contacted them. To this day, I am still waiting for confirmation that the money has been received. For an online shop, this is far too long and very disappointing.”

“One month later I am asking for refund and three times in a row I am getting the answer: "Could you please let us know if you haven't received the parcel by the end of next week? We'll have another look for you then." Always reply three days after and maybe more even for open support tickets.”
