Ordered & payed weeks ago, nothing received & no updates. Customer service without any reaction to inquiries. That’s one way not to keep any of the customers trying to order following legalization.

Ordered 2 packs of seeds. I had to spend more money than they initially asked for just so that they would ship them. Red flag right away. I complete my order and they send me 5 emails, lots of spam. They also inform me my order will be shipped the next day. Fast forward 3 days and I haven’t even had a email to confirm they’ve been dispatched. I check my orders on my account page on their website and all it says is ‘delayed’. No email to inform me of this or any explanation as to why my order was delayed. After another couple of days of no updates whatsoever and my order still ‘delayed’ I demanded a refund. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I haven’t got my money back yet. Order your seeds elsewhere.

Fühle mich Betrogen, am 30.03 bestellt, und immer noch keine Änderung im Tracking. Absolut enttäuschende erste Erfahrung, kann ich absolut nicht weiter empfehlen. Den Support am Samstag kontaktiert und bis heute (08.04. 14:01) keine Antwort. Nie wieder Zamnesia!

Mindestbestellwert von 20 auf 75€ erhöht. Frechheit! Alle anderen haben keinen oder weiterhin 20€. Hier wirds mit steigender Nachfrage begründet. Ich gehe jede wette ein das es die anderen auch betrifft aber diese erhöhen nichts. Ich will keine Seeds für die nächsten 3-4 Jahre kaufen sondern Saisonal da wir hier eh nur Maximal 3 Pflanzen und 50g trocken besitzen dürfen. Bei nur 50g reicht eine Pflanze. Was soll ich mich für 75€ mit Seeds eindecken das macht hier einfach keinen Sinn. War eigentlich die letzten Jahre sehr zufrieden mit Zamnesia. Aber bei dem Mindestbestellwert bin ich gezwungen mich woanders umzusehen.

seit 3 Tagen wurde die Sendung bei DHL "elektronisch angekündigt" obwohl das GEld schon lange da ist. Auf der homepage steht dass JEDEN TAG VERSENDET wird, das trifft wohl auf alle außer auf mich zu...Support antwortet: ich solle mich gedulden und abwarten, das ist aber nicht so einfach wenn man mit einem ungefähren Zeitfenster zum ERhalt gerechnet hat. Ich habe auch das Gefühl dass dieses "Sendung wurde elektronisch angekündigt" noch einige Tage bestehen bleiben wird, habe das bei keinen anderen Waren oder Dienstleistern bisher erlebt. Also äußerst schwach. Wenn ihr eine relativ schnelle Lieferung erwartet auf keinen Fall dort bestellen ,die angegebenen LIeferfristen stimmen keinesfalls. Sollte das Teil am Samstag immer noch auf "elektronisch angekündigt" stehen werde ich das Geld zurückholen.

Sent a golden teacher kit with no instructions. Shrooms went mouldy and I was refused a replacement kit or refund by their customer services. Terrible service. How hard is it to send instructions. I thought that would be a given.

Order of £205 worth of goods never arrived and Zamnesia have now stopped replying to any attempt at contact with themselves. I would strongly advise not to use this company. I am now out of pocket over £200 and the customer service entails just ignoring my emails.

We order a few pods that they had in stock (according to their website) after we had paid the money and the bank fees which aren't cheap we was told that some of the pods weren't in stock (even though the website said they were in stock), we haven't received a penny of the money back, so we are now out of pocket by £22.28 plus what the bank they use charged us for doing the money transfer cos they won't accept bank transfer from our account in the uk. They knew before they received our order that they didn't have them in stock but couldn't be bothered updating their website

I’ve been suffering from a condition called ‘Chronic cluster headaches’ for over 10 years. The condition is known to be one of if not the most painful conditions a human being can endure. Psilocybin, the compound produced by magic mushrooms, is the only form of medication that helps treat my cluster headaches and gives me a better quality of life. As you may understand, I rely heavily on magic mushrooms. I have been cultivating Magic Mushrooms for over 5 years in order to treat my condition, so you can be secure in knowing my expertise in growing the fungi is not minimal. I purchased the ‘Supa grow kit 100% Golden Teacher’ from Zamniesa. After following all the steps and the correct procedures, I can confirm the kit I was sent was a “dud”, essentially a non-working kit. I have wasted 6 weeks of my time and effort with this kit to no avail. If you are going to purchase any product from Zamniesa, I would highly recommend you to reconsider, especially if you are reliant on Magic Mushrooms for medicinal purposes. The customer service I experienced with Zamniesa is utterly appalling. The feeling of interrogation, ignorance of the condition in which I used the mushrooms and the blatant assumption that I had done something wrong during the procedure is disrespectful to say the least. There are many extremely helpful companies that sell these products that care about their customers and I would avoid purchasing Zamniesa at all costs. I wish you all the best in your endeavours.

Zamnesia refuse to cancel my order, creating a shipping label immediately after I requested the cancellation of the order so they can say that it has already been shipped but you can refuse the delivery, and after I have refused the delivery (and the package has been returned to the sender, as the tracking code say) the customer service say that the package it’s still not arrived at the warehouse, and when it arrives they contact me for a *possible* refund … no response about the tracking code that says the opposite. And all this stuff for an order of 50€, so think good before make an order, probably you won’t see those money anymore.

Zamnesia stole over 200 euros,,, and then made it impossible to get a straight answer,,,,, I'd even made a transfer to them to the same account thr month before with no problem,,, but this time the money has aparently disappeared,,,, do not use them they are con artists

It doesn't matter when you order, they only seem to pack at fridays. So don't plan your trip in the weekend, cause you might not have it by then, although you bought it on a monday. When I asked them, they both lied about my order. I bought here 3 times, never again.

Where’s is my order it’s coming up to like 2 weeks and I still have not received the tracking hasn’t changed and after 10 emails still no help DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY YOU WILL NOT RECIVE YOUR PRODUCT AND IF YOU ASK FOR HELP THEY WILL REFUSE TO HELP 👎

I ordered a GroKit and followed the instruction diligently and precisely. After 4 weeks, there was zero growth and the product was evidently defective. I wrote to Zamnesia support and was subjected to a series of Q & A that were disingenuous and insincere. They kept asking questions until they could find some way to evade taking responsibility for the quality of their product. Any decent company that respected its customers would have apologised and shipped a replacement. Disgusted as I am, I will never order from Zamnesia again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE and I think everyone should AVOID this company at all costs. The delivery was very slow. The communication was very poor. Nobody made any effort to resolve the situation so I was without any items or money for a significant period of time. I have been a breeder for nearly 20 years and have ordered from dozens of seed banks, this is the WORST experience by a long way.

Lousy customer service. I bought a vaporizer and it doesn't work after 3 months. I sent it back to their official address and no one picks it up, to difficult for them and of course nothing happens, no solution. Don't buy from them, not serious. Amazon handles garanties and postage respecting customers. Don't loose your time and money with Zamnesia
