Ordered on November 30th still not get my products, today is December 18th. They still just sending me emails about the issue, but not handling the problem and I'm here without my order... I can't recommend this company based on my first experience

One month later I am asking for refund and three times in a row I am getting the answer: "Could you please let us know if you haven't received the parcel by the end of next week? We'll have another look for you then." Always reply three days after and maybe more even for open support tickets.

Since Trustpilot removed Zamnesia for legal reasons, Zamnesia took the liberty to become a scam company. They gave refunds before that. I just spoke to them. Haven't received the product, with proof, and they declined to refund. Also their responses used to show more care, I'm pretty sure a bot replied this time. I was to receive the product by 11//11. Now 17/11 and I have no updates at all. They don't know where the product is. Their response is to give me 10% for my next order! Why on earth would I ever order again? Lastly I had multiple bad experience with ineffective truffles, that's why I care so much to receive them as fresh as possible. Money thrown in the garbage.

Beware, UK Buyers I ordered from Zamnesia and, despite receiving a discount, they declared the full retail price on the customs paperwork instead of the amount I actually paid. This misrepresentation triggered £57 in unnecessary customs charges from UPS/HMRC, which I had no choice but to pay to release my parcel. When I raised this with Zamnesia, they refused to refund me and only offered a voucher, which is not acceptable — I suffered a real financial loss because of their error. I’ve since had to escalate this through my bank under Section 75 of the UK Consumer Credit Act for misrepresentation. If you’re in the UK, be aware: ordering from this company could leave you with unexpected, inflated customs charges that they won’t take responsibility for.

I placed an order with Zamnesia for £115. The invoice they submitted to UPS incorrectly declared the value as £165. This error meant UPS calculated import VAT and charges on the higher amount, leaving me with a £57 bill that should not have applied to the goods I purchased. I contacted Zamnesia multiple times, providing proof of payment and the UPS invoice. They have not responded to any of my messages. It is important to note: Import VAT and duties are the buyer’s responsibility when legitimately owed. In this case, the additional charges arose solely because Zamnesia submitted an incorrect invoice. Until Zamnesia accepts responsibility for its own documentation errors and provides customer support, UK buyers should be aware that they may face unfair additional costs with no resolution.

there seeds fail to germinate often ive had multiple orders with bad seed. whole packs of duds. costomer service first response is to make you prove there seeds are trash. There big time but very hard to get refunds from even when they sell damaged and unviable seeds.

Never a problem before with Zamnesia up until now, contacted customer services due to a mouldy kit and nobody has got in touch it’s been 5 days. Sent pictures, numerous emails and nothing back. Always been great in the past but feel let down this time.

I submitted cancellation requests through all available forms on Zamnesia's website within 15 minutes of placing the order. Despite this, the order was still shipped to the wrong country. Now I'm forced to spend a lot of time and effort trying to fix a situation that could have been easily avoided if their support team had acted promptly. There is no proper cancellation option on the website, and the lack of clear return instructions makes everything worse. This is an unnecessarily frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend the service based on how poorly this was handled.

Hi! I have a problem in my order. I just bought from you because the website shows the delivery time is 1-2 working days to Netherlands, however its more than 1 week awaiting and nothing new. Since the beginning shows "Order package"...... and I live 30 minutes from you...and like you don't have a place to buy in-person shame on you! I will never buy from you again! I just need my order asap!!!

Terrible Support - I bought two kits and followed the instructions on their website. Then I discovered those instructions were wrong, and I might have ruined my kits. I asked them for help, but they ignored me.

Extremely disappointed, support takes ages to reply, I have made an expensive order #88269148, mid December, at first I’ve called then and they were very nice to me changing my order as per my request. But then order was showing delayed on the website and again, I have contacted then. The delivery took ages to arrive. When I received the pack one of the freebies seeds was dead, another seed paid was dead and a third seed was mutated. I’ve sent an email, showing the pictures, then I was offered 2 freebies, last Thursday and I was never updated again. In the end I have made an expensive order, to get the freebies, 1 dead freebie is fine, but 3… and the last the time they take to reply is huge. And I am still waiting for their reply.

Sadly my pack of seeds arrived very late also with the invoice of what I had ordered stuck to outside of box for postman or anyone to see. Not very discreet at all, won't use again

I gave a very elaborate 1 * review, explaining for whom their coconut tips would work and for whom this would be the worst choice ever. To my HUGE surprise, they changed my 1 * to a 5* review. And looking more carefully... ALL reviews are always 5*. Like, seriously? This will be my very last order despite my many order with them before. But I will NOT support a company that LIES to its customers for their OWN benefit. FRACK YOU!

I don't recommend ordering from here. They charged me 4 times for 2 different orders. The intention was to order once, but it didn't work out, the order didn't go through. I tried ordering again and the same thing. Then I noticed that the my bank account has been charged 4 times. I immediately contacted them. Still they didn't cancel my orders even when I asked. They just shipped the orders and they didn't refund the extra charges....

Only had 1 harvest from a mushroom grow kit although guaranteed 3 harvests. Followed all the instructions diligently too. Not happy.
