“Normally I wouldn't bother leaving a review like this but since I've received like 3 emails asking for 1, so be it. A couple of days after ordering my order was marked as shipped on my Zamnesia account and I got a tracking number, when I checked the tracking the shipping company showed it as label created but package not yet received (or something similar). It stayed like this for 5 days, meaning despite marking it as shipped they didn't bother actually shipping it. On the 5th day I contacted support to ask if there was an issue, the day after the shipping company received the parcel (odd timing), and almost 2 weeks later, I still haven't had a response to my initial ticket. Therefore the only conclusion I can come to is, they marked it as shipped to claim quick order turn over despite not actually shipping it, forgot about it, realised when I contacted them, then posted it out and have decided to ignore my ticket in hope I just let it, which again I would have done if you didn't spam me requesting a review. P.s. The yields on the grow kits are much worse than I've had from other companies.”

L ultimo acquisto di 3 settimane fa non è ancora stato elaborato e contattando il servizio clienti per aggiornamenti ricevo solo risposta automatica e nulla di concreto che somiglia a un adeguata assistenza.Sono molto deluso. Da loro non mi sarei mai aspettato tanta superficialità”

“Salvia divinorum - have sold me fake. Caapi wine extract - can't tell if it was working, also think it was fake, or I ate too little. Blue lotus extract at least worked, but was kinda weak, but that's ok. Nice journals.”

“Purchased over£600 worth of liquid culture syringes for over the last 6 months to inoculate in brf tech cakes. Whilst most did have a result about 20% gave nothing yet I use the same method every time. Also, recently, when I tried to order more syringes as I have decided to risk it one more time as I hwve now studied how to make my own liquid culture, the payment pahe says 'this page is not safe'.... Yeah I'm off to 'shiney spores'. Goods delivered promptly, and they work”

“Good customer service Bad products, to many times have a had bad products that does not work. When I buy for the amount that would give me free shipping, I still have to bay about 10 euro for shipping, and then it’s the slowest shipping ever. Minimum 1 week generally 14 days or more from Holland to Denmark, it’s like 600 km. Come on. I have been buying from them for 10 years and they used to be really good, now it’s not anymore. To bad. Try Microdose Bros instead, that where I buy now.”

“Zamnesia customer service may have been great at getting back to me, orders have come fast and all - but so far I've had about 15 seeds planted and only two of them turned out to actually be female plants - rather disappointing for "feminized" seeds- and the remaining several seeds I don't really know what to do with.”
