We have looked into the order history and we apologise that your order took so long to dispatch. In most cases we normally dispatch the same day of order - on this occasion we have failed to do this and we apologise again. TCS attempted to deliver to you recently but you may not have been available and the parcel is being returned to the TCS depot. I ordered on the the 22nd May and I was told that my order has been canceled due to unavailability. IT WAS A GIFT FOR MY BROTHER'S BDAY ON THE 29TH OF MAY

They cancelled my order, i never received it, i order long long time ago, and when i asked about it, they said i’ll get it in few days, and then suddenly few days later they said its out of stock so you cannot have it, my first ever order from you guys was cancelled!!!! You gave me hope, and then crushed it, and thats the worst thing you can do to someone!! I don’t need your 10% compensation discount!! YOU GUYS DISAPPOINTED ME!!

Hello, we are very sorry that we failed on this order. Our stock for this item was in storage in a location restricted by the recent lock down and then once we had access the item was actually sold out. We will ensure that this will be used to train staff and improve processes to avoid anything like this in the future.

I want to rate you ppl 0 out of 5 but there's no other option so. Actually i had order a shirt and not get it yet. Will never place order from Zasimo. Kindly improve your services and abilities. Thank you

We are very sorry that we were unable to deliver your order. Due to the restrictions of lockdown we were unable to update our stock levels being held in another warehouse in Lahore.
