Ordered 3 things 2 were out of stock and recieved one only . So service not good . But the parts reciebed were of good quality .

I ordered under armour shirt in white but its quality was too love..seems like a cotton vest..disappointed..i used to hv very good experience from zasimo

I had ordered a blazer and a white top. The top was defected and a button was missing. There wasn't even an extra button attached in the shirt. Their exchange policy suggests that courier services will be provided. The item will be picked from the customer and delivered when exchanged. Their customer service suggested I parcel them the shirt for exchange. Shopping online means convenience. If we have to go out for exchange, why bother order. Especially when it's the brand's fault.

Honestly, the jeans I get seems to be of good quality and probably the best delivery services. But the jean I ordered and Jeans I have received aren't the same. I have received different jeans in a different color.

i purchased red trouser from you which claims to be polyester and stretchable . When it came there was 0 stretch and yeah material was good but your details were wrong

I have made a lot of purchases from your online shop & its the second time it happened that articles out of stock are displayed and emails and messages of confirmation are sent too,when you purchase the same article, but then it dawns upon your team that its out of stock! Please keep your website updated and save our precious and your work time. Regards
