“I've been shopping from Zatural online for several years. I adore their butters & topical CBD. I also regularly purchase canine CBD for my large breed dog who has chronic leg pain & stiffness. I love the various sizes & varieties of product & will be taking advantage of subscription services soon since my family keeps stealing my massage oil! They ship fast which I appreciate. Great quality & prices. Will shop Zatural as long as their around!”

“Great customer service. They answered all my questions. They have an array of products. I purchased CBD Hot Cream. The only downside is the menthol smell. But it really helps my pain.”

Hi Naeem, I'm sorry you had a poor experience with our product and customer outreach. We have removed you from all marketing and outreach emails. Also, for a better experience with our products, we suggest trying a stronger strength of CBD oil. The 10mg of CBD per serving bottle you purchased may not be strong enough for you. We suggest the 50mg per serving bottle strength. Let us know if there is anything else that we can do for you.

“Sorry, but I cannot write a review as I have not rreceived the item yet. It appears a shipping label was created on 2-29-24. The packaged was not accepted at the Eden, ID facility until 3-4-24. Scheduled for delivery 3-8-24.”
