“It’s not a scam. My item was showing as still processing when it should have been sent on the 14th read all of these reviews and was so worried as I’d spent £112 on a xmas present that I was sure I wasn’t going to receive. I emailed customer services and was promised they were working hard to get it sent, I was going to give it a couple of days before contacting bank about being scammed when today my ITEM HAS ARRIVED. So relieved. Processing time and dispatch times were not good enough and is reflected in how many stars I’ve given. However item is in excellent condition, has indeed arrived in time for Xmas despite being late and when I contacted customer services I had a good response in good timing! Super relieved!”

“i ordered a minecraft bedside table lamp last night and it came 9 hours later as i paid £5 for next day delivery. delivery was SPOT on, but my item on the other hand i wish i could say the same. everything is great except for the lamp shade itself, it’s got one bent side and the rest looks all beaten up and damaged. looking at these reviews i’m not sure if they’ll even do anything about it, does anybody know anything i should do?”
