“I love your products and your service. I only have one complaint and you know about this. It seems when I make a bigger order I always have a problem with the Canadian Border Services pulling the package and charging handling costs of $9.95 to charge PST and GST. You seem to only charge GST on my order. The problem is that I now have to get my partner to scan the import form to send to you just to get $9.95 back. The import form is so well glued to the package that it ripped apart trying to get it off. Thanks for your consideration and all your great service”

“I'm 35 and had suffered from cystic acne. After 3 weeks of using the Dermacleanse kit, the old acnes were healed and I have not had new ones. My skin has dried a little bit so I am waiting for the oil-free lotion and see if it can balance out the dryness. It was out-of-stock when I ordered my first kit but the Dermacleanse cleanser, toner and gell work really great!”

I am continually frustrated by the bottles and pumps as ultimately the bottom 1/4 is difficult to access and therefore wasted. I have sent emails but never have received a reply. a squeez tube, like toothpaste would be a better solution.”
