I’m on my third week and haven’t noticed any difference. The previous version of Skin Eraser worked for me in less than a week. For the overall cost, I’m pretty disappointed.

very very poor i will never in my life order from zenmed again as long as im on this erath i called a week ago and told them i wanted to return she took my info down and said they would get back to me with a phone call the call never came so after a week i called them and thats today so a lady answered and she said whats the order number i gave it too her so she said im gonna email u the info right now she never emailed me now they closed so now i have to wait until tomorrow and call them again and do it all over again and whats funny is all they gonna do is give me the same adress thats on the package that i got to return it too i dont know why they play games like this this company needs to be sued and reported

I like a couple of their products but their customer service is very poor. I have emailed several times and called and was told someone would call me back. It has been 3 weeks now and still no response, neither replies to emails nor call back.

I have been waiting over a month for my products. I've been in contact with the company, but to no avail. They are very understanding, but it doesn't help when it's been so long. I'm very disappointed. I can get this product through Amazon, but they don't have exactly what I want, but if it's much longer, I may have to do that.

I was so excited to buy a kit with a step-by-step regiment and there was nothing included to explain the order of products to use. This was very disappointing to spend this money and get no explanation on how to use the products together. I could have just bought an individual product.

I ordered the eye serum awile back and was VERY disappointed with the packaging. The dropper does't work so I had to find something to dip into the bottle with. Won't be buying this again

I had a $10 discount that I was able to apply to my last shipment due to a very late delivery on my previous order. This discount was accepted when I placed my most recent order. However, I was not able to take advantage of the 20% discount that your company was advertising because I had applied the $10 late delivery discount. Why was I penalized for using the $10 discount that was originally granted by your company due to a late shipment? A late shipment discount should not prevent me from using an additional discount. Your system would not allow me to enter more than a promotional code.

These products left my skin tacky and caused it to breakout. Also my hair kept sticking to my face. I would not recommend these products. I also have had no response to my numerous requests for a refund. I have followed their instructions for a full refund and NO response. Their customer service is lacking.

Everytime I order delivery takes so long. If it’s going to take over two weeks you should let people know this as they are checking out. I talked to someone on the phone and they said it could take a month. How could something take this long to ship? Still waiting on it. I’ve had to order other products, this will probably be my last order.
