“It made my skin way worse. They told me that sometimes it gets worse first than it gets better... WRONG!!!”

“I had a $10 discount that I was able to apply to my last shipment due to a very late delivery on my previous order. This discount was accepted when I placed my most recent order. However, I was not able to take advantage of the 20% discount that your company was advertising because I had applied the $10 late delivery discount. Why was I penalized for using the $10 discount that was originally granted by your company due to a late shipment? A late shipment discount should not prevent me from using an additional discount. Your system would not allow me to enter more than a promotional code.”

“Everytime I order delivery takes so long. If it’s going to take over two weeks you should let people know this as they are checking out. I talked to someone on the phone and they said it could take a month. How could something take this long to ship? Still waiting on it. “I was very hopeful with this product after reading reviews. However, this product has made my skin 3x worse. I thought it was just purging and clearing the skin but 3 weeks and it's just get worse. I have to wear a full coverage shirt cause now my back and shoulders are covered in craters! I previously used Proactiv and had great results and always had clear skin. So I went to target to grab a mini kit and within a few days my skin started to clear up again. So needless to say I was very disappointed with the product. The acne medication cream burns the skins. All the products together leave your skin feeling filmy, Greasy and sticky. The squirter bottles didn't work had to open a pour products. And I haven't heard back from customer service yet about my refund either.”
