I requested this order to be cancelled and received an email stating it was cancelled. Now it has arrived and I will NOT pay for the return. IT WAS CANCELLED!

I’ve tried these products on 2 separate occasions, many years apart. The second time I thought I’d give them another try to see if my skin was more tolerant. Both times they caused break outs, rosacea flare ups, irritated eyes, and general discomfort. I am waiting for a reply on my 60 day money back guarantee. If this company has any integrity they should have gotten back to me by now.

On 12/9/21 I called 1-888-749-4998 and left message for a return call to be received on 12/10/21. No call was received so I sent message via Contact Us form on the website that I wanted to return products and requested a Return Memo Number be issued via an email and a return call. To date 12/16/21 no communication to me has been received. My Sales Order # is ZEN1758226 11/29/21. According to the ZENMED Guarantee, if I contact you on the Contact Us form you will issue complete return instructions. Help.

Your email and phone call stated you were missing items in your order, can you please clarify what you were missing? We are hoping to continue assisting you in this matter.

Refund needed. I have e-mailed several times. The product made my skin irritated, and rosacea got worse. You stated that refunds would be given if the product did not work for you. ORDER NUMBER: 265239 Still waiting for someone to let me know what I need to do to get a refund.

The reason for my review is because of my experience with a customer service representative, when I called the Canadian number. When I said I wanted to know the status of my order she asked for the order number and then said “someone would get back to me in some time “ I asked how much time and all she would say is “sometime “ when I asked to speak to a manager she would not let me! This is ridiculous, not letting me speak to someone who would know more! The worst customer service in the world! Then I was supposed to get a text message about the delivery of my order and never received those either! Worst experience ever!

Made my skin worse. I have type 2 rosecea and i had my bumps under control just not redness. So I purshased this for redness and it has made the redness much worse. Was really hoping it would help😔

I think the company is awesome and run very efficiently, however the product did nothing to reduce redness and might have made the redness worse.

This products didn’t work for me at all. Please don’t spend your money or time on this products for Rosacea, my face is still red. Not only do the products don’t work, but the customer service is a joke, they’re rude as hell, specially when it comes down to asking for your refund they get loud, rude and have attitude. Good luck people!

Warning of overseas customers. Avoid purchasing as you maybe subject to a large customs charge which Zenmed are uninterested in. They e mail you but you can’t respond to the address. I’m in the UK

I ordered ZENMED product a while ago, unfortunately I did not received my product. I contacted Zenmed and they resend me the product but I got the message from the post that i have to pay additional costs of 15,34 pounds. I did not pay it, I did not get my money back, I did not get the product. Im very disappointed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The reviews made me hopeful but, unfortunately, these products did not help me, probably because I've had rosacea for over 25 years. I did appreciate the customer service.

Their acne line worked for awhile then seemed to stop. I thought I had finally found a product that I could use on my acne and eczema but my acne seemed to have gotten worse. I am impressed that the Zenmed products (save the clearpeel) didn't irritate my eczema! But my main need for for my acne to go away. I really researched these products before taking the huge leap(and investment) in trying them out. A good three months and I have finally decided to quit. Perhaps my skin issues are just too much for the products. I was also using th scar line so perhaps they just aren't made to be used together. I should also say my acne and eczema issues occurred after Inhad my baby. It is hormonal so it seems if you don't have as severe acne and scarring as I do then these products would be a good fit for you. But for me they were not in the end and it is very upsetting. I would have thought for the price they would have been amazing and lasted longer. I have gone back to using my Cetaphil face wash because at least t didn't make my eczema worse.
