“The product smells "bad" and made my face break out in small lumps. I contacted the company about both and exchanged SEVERAL emails - they never answered direct questions and clearly never read my responses. For example they suggested the break out was due to improper use, so I gave a detailed account of my regime. Their response? They don't know why I was breaking out, maybe I wasn't using it correctly, can I tell them how I'm using it? WHICH I HAD JUST DONE IN THE EMAIL THEY WERE RESPONDING TO! The smell lingered to the point that a friend visiting me asked what the "funny" smell was - she could smell the lotion on my skin!!! I returned it and after two follow-ups, received my refund.”
