While I love the products and I've been using Zenmed for over 10 years, they keep changing the packaging and they're now charging the same prices for less product (moisturizer went from 85ml to 70ml for example). Very disappointed in my recent purchases and considering switching to a different brand.

I received the product in good condition. The delivery aspect gives it two starts. Customer service is nonexistent. I called and emailed a few times. Gave up and obviously will not reorder

I had my order all ready, I had a $14.40 discount on my total order and then all of a sudden you charged me the FULL amount for my order on my card!!! I will probably not be ordering from you again because of that and it is way overpriced!

I find it comical that I would be asked to review products I have never received. I have been dealing with customer service via email and phone and still do not have information about shipping my replacement order because the original shipment was never received. I love the products I have used in the past but this experience of dealing with poor customer service will have a determining effect on whether I ever order again.

The product just didn't work for me. I had a very difficult time trying to make contact with the company to cancel my automatic shipment. As of yet I am not sure it has been canceled.

im trying to return the cleanser it broke me out and i emailed them to get set up for a return 3 days ago and they never responded back to me but they did this before about 5 years ago and now fast forward to now i orderd something else and im going through the same thing hard to return

I have been attempting to get someone from customer service to return my call for almost three weeks. I continue to receive a message from someone name Samantha With a different excuse each time on why she cannot contact me via telephone. The product burned my face. I am just seeking suggestions on what product may work better for my super sensitive skin.

I gave Zenmed 2 stars because the products were decent. The ones I used broke my face out so I tried the ones for oily skin and they dried my face out. I have been trying to return them and they make it impossible for you to return the items so buy be aware! Also I forgot to mention the make up does not work well at all!My face looked so uneven and the powder made my face look yellow🥴Not for me! Because customer service has been so difficult, I will never order a single product from them again! I also noticed that my hyaluronic acid serum came barely filled up it was below the label all the other ones were above the label like they should’ve been. Looks like they are getting returns and shipping them back out to people🤷‍♀️ Not happy with this at all
