“Their products are very good, but customer service has gone by the wayside. You cannot get live customer service person to help you, only an answering service that relays calls. I had a product that took a month to receive with no indication it was on backorder when I placed the order and no shipping information ever. It finally arrived, but no one ever called me back. One rep early on did email me and said they were having shipping delays. These products usually arrived quickly within 5-7 days.”
