“I have been searching for products to help with my rosacea, and I don't think I have to look any further. I purchased the Rosacea package with 2 free full size samples and I am really enjoying them. I can smell the rose, which I know from my reading mitigates redness. The serum is not your typical watery serum, but a thicker cream which can pass for a moisturizer in the heat of the Arizona summer. Love the exfoliator as it is gentle on my sensitive skin. I wish I had known though that the redness reducing mask was a watery liquid as opposed to the usual creamy masks I'm used to; the first time I used it, half the tube went down the drain. It still worked but sorry I lost so much of it. All in all, I couldn't be happier with ZENMED products (and great prices). I will definitely purchase again. I”

“I use the rosacea line from ZenMed and absolutely love it. I think I am going on 3 or 4 years now using their products. I was struggling with my skin and rosacea when I stumbled upon ZenMed. I was desperate to find anything to help my skin and took a chance with them. I'm so glad I did. It took some time, but with continuous use of the products and not straying, my skin looks better than it ever has. I was so impressed that I started buying their acne line for my teenage son who was struggling with some pretty bad breakouts. When he is consistent with using their cleanser his face looks amazing. “Their products are very good, but customer service has gone by the wayside. You cannot get live customer service person to help you, only an answering service that relays calls. I had a product that took a month to receive with no indication it was on backorder when I placed the order and no shipping information ever. It finally arrived, but no one ever called me back. One rep early on did email me and said they were having shipping delays. These products usually arrived quickly within 5-7 days.”
