Hi there! I am so sorry you experienced that with our cream. I am thinking that perhaps you were accustomed to using the Oil Free Day Lotion with SPF 30. This was the product that we were having delays on receiving and was listed as SOLD OUT for quite a few months. It is super sheer and provides awesome protection to sensitive skin.
