“I use the rosacea line from ZenMed and absolutely love it. I think I am going on 3 or 4 years now using their products. I was struggling with my skin and rosacea when I stumbled upon ZenMed. I was desperate to find anything to help my skin and took a chance with them. I'm so glad I did. It took some time, but with continuous use of the products and not straying, my skin looks better than it ever has. I was so impressed that I started buying their acne line for my teenage son who was struggling with some pretty bad breakouts. When he is consistent with using their cleanser his face looks amazing. I highly recommend their products, and urge you to take the plunge as I did to see for yourself how amazing their products are.”

“Their products are very good, but customer service has gone by the wayside. You cannot get live customer service person to help you, only an answering service that relays calls. I had a product that took a month to receive with no indication it was on backorder when I placed the order and no shipping information ever. It finally arrived, but no one ever called me back. One rep early on did email me and said they were having shipping delays. These products usually arrived quickly within 5-7 days.”

Took me a bit to get a good process down, but I think the game changer for my skin was adding in the Cream Exfoliator and the L-Ascoribic Booster plus using the AVT Cream at night and the Omegaceramide for my day moisturizer.
