“I love your products and your service. I only have one complaint and you know about this. It seems when I make a bigger order I always have a problem with the Canadian Border Services pulling the package and charging handling costs of $9.95 to charge PST and GST. You seem to only charge GST on my order. The problem is that I now have to get my partner to scan the import form to send to you just to get $9.95 back. The import form is so well glued to the package that it ripped apart trying to get it off. Thanks for your consideration and all your great service”

“I ordered a few different products and some I really like while others don't seem to help my rosacea at all. The gentle cleanser is mild and leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. It also seems to have relieved my red spots at least as well, if not better than, the metronidazole prescription cream I was using. I also like the AVT cream although I feel it a bit thick for summer daytime use. I may like it better in winter and I need to research if there's a lighter weight daytime moisturizer with similar ingredients. The moisturizer with SPF 30 seems a little greasier, but not irritating and, while I prefer an all natural sunscreen, it feels better on my face than some of the natural ones I've tried with titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. I do NOT care for the support serum because of the overwhelmingly powerful rose scent. It does dissipate after a few minutes, but I hate rose scent so much that I have an aversion to putting it on my face where I'll smell it even more! Last, and also not a favorite of mine, was the nutrient boost spray. I feel like it didn't do anything at all and possibly may have even increased the red spots on my face. So, in summary I really love the cleanser, like the AVT cream but wish it was not so heavy and I do feel that I've gotten some relief for the inflammation on my face.”

“I have been struggling with acne ever since going off birth control and changing to a new dietary lifestyle. I wanted to find a product line that wasn’t filled with cancer causing and irritating chemicals/fragrances/colors. Zenmed is my topical answer! Ever since using the products (it has been 2 weeks), I have noticed my acne is less severe and heals faster. I rated 4 stars because it has not been long enough to tell if the products will continue to work. I will update as I go.”

“I have been battling roseaia for about three years and nothing is working, not all the expensive creams and pills my dermatologist has prescribed. One day while feeling very frustrated I found Zenmed on the internet and thought, "what the heck." I received my order within three day and started using the products that night. Although the roseacia is still with me, the pustules and redness are both reduced, my skin is smoother and who knows what happens after I use the products longer than 2.5 weeks. Good things are coming, I can feel it!”

“I use the combination skin kit, and so far it seems fantastic. Everyone says it's take some time for the kit to work, and that is definitely true. I'm about two weeks in, and my skin is only now starting to come around and show signs of improvement. I'm hoping that this lasts. The only reason I gave four stars was because of the lack of documentation about how to successfully use the products, and tips for specific skin types. A demonstration video or more thoroughly written steps in using the product would be helpful.”

“I ordered the complete acne kit and have been extremely satisfied with the products, the results, and the customer service from Zenmed. I have followed the instructions and with one exception (the reason for 4 stars not 5... see below), have had great results! My skin looks noticeably healthier and feels great!! The products all feel wonderful on my skin and I really do enjoy using them. My favorite product is the skin mask, I have never used a mask before, but this one is great!! And it really does provide very fast results. I also love the complex which feels terrific and fresh, the face scrub, and the moisturizer... really, I love it all!! The one exception is the acne pills. I started by taking 2 of these a day (breakfast and dinner) for four weeks, and it made my acne so much worse.... I have never had worse, consistent acne in my life. I stopped taking the pills and immediately saw a HUGE difference! After having only stopped taking the pills for days, my skin (and not just my face, but my chest and back too) cleared up right away with no new pimples forming. With my acne truly gone now, I can say that I do love these products and have really seen a major difference in both the look and feel of my face. One other thing I would like to mention is the customer service. I have had many email exchanges with the reps and they are very helpful, caring, and timely! One even gave me a great tip regarding the acne gel.... I was experiencing very oily skin toward the end of the day, and they told me to stop using the gel in the morning and to only use it at night. This made a huge difference and the extra oiliness in fact went away! I will most certainly continue to be a Zenmed customer, with the exception of the pills.”

“I use the Support Serum and the moisturizer. I love the moisturizer has an SPF of 30. I actually do not need the cleanser and all the other items that come in the complete system so I do not order the complete system. I recently purchased the relief spray and wish I had it with me now!”
