“Your website lists a phone number to call in an order if you want to instead of ordering online. I called this number 2 or 3 times and always after holding a long time the call was disconnected. Once I got an agent and they didn't seem to understand English language. Very dissatisfied with telephone ordering system that you are using.”

“Happy so far with all of my purchases with exception of AVT cream which made me break out with tiny white pimples. Have not used it since. Very disappointed to find out the DermCare Cleanser is discontinued. This is an awesome gentle product that cleans without drying the face like Aveeno. Hooray for Complexion Perfector. Got it in Light, thought it was too light but it blends in smoothly and disappears into a smooth light non chalky matte finish covering all pores. Can wear this all day without greasiness. Hate to wash it off at end of day. I use all Rosacea products but also Facial Cleansing Gel Sensitive which gets my face squeaky clean. Too drying for me if using it more than once/week. Lastly the Oil Free Day Lotion keeps my face moist all day not greasy. Seems to keep blemishes under control. I do online ordering & receive it within the week & its wrapped so cute. No experience with returns.”

“I've used pretty much every acne product on the market and although some of them worked, it ended up leaving my skin feeling extremely dry and some even gave me rashes and turned my skin color red (rash skin). “I love that everything is natural and feels soft on your skin. It is not tested on animals and their packages are recycalable, which i love. They seem very morrally connected to their choices -if that make sense. In other words i feel no guilt using this product and it feels very comfortable. “I am so happy I have come across the ZenMed brand. After years of perfect skin, I developed adult acne and have battled with unexpected breakouts. I have tried using many different brands to no avail including dermatologist brands and medication. I was desperate and considering using something strong like Proactive until I came across a review website ranking the different acne treatment brands with ZenMed coming out on top. I was sold after reading about the brand, the natural ingredients (many of the typical acne ingredients do not agree with my skin) and ethics and placed my first order (which was very well priced!). My order arrived very quickly and I liked the environmentally friendly packaging. After using the system for the first time, I prayed it would work, and was pleasantly surprised that I could see and feel an improvement in 24 hours. Gone was the super tight, dry and inflammed feeling replaced with supple, smooth, comfortable skin that did not look as red.
