“I literally couldn't live without Zenmed. The difference in my skin is unbelievable. I use this scrip along with their SPF30 moisturizer. I use the moisturizer every morning and evening and the microdermabrasion every other day. I very rarely see any flare ups, once a year if anything. Even with my hormones changing being pregnant at the moment my skin has stayed under control and bump free :-) Buy it you will never ever look back!”

“I have had rosacea for 17 years, but in the last year it had become constant and spread around my entire face, with large patches of acne-like and welt-like eruptions. ZENMED's specific products for rosacea really helped to cool things down. My dermatologist has also prescribed Rosiver antibiotic cream, which has had a dramatic effect for now. I was very pleased with the advice provided by ZENMED about how to integrate the cleansing and support system into my routine with the antibiotic (and it was consistent with the dermatologist's and a pharmacist's advice). The products are very helpful, though in my case did not completely relieve the symptoms.”

“I ordered a few different products and some I really like while others don't seem to help my rosacea at all. The gentle cleanser is mild and leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. It also seems to have relieved my red spots at least as well, if not better than, the metronidazole prescription cream I was using. I also like the AVT cream although I feel it a bit thick for summer daytime use. I may like it better in winter and I need to research if there's a lighter weight daytime moisturizer with similar ingredients. The moisturizer with SPF 30 seems a little greasier, but not irritating and, while I prefer an all natural sunscreen, it feels better on my face than some of the natural ones I've tried with titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. I do NOT care for the support serum because of the overwhelmingly powerful rose scent. It does dissipate after a few minutes, but I hate rose scent so much that I have an aversion to putting it on my face where I'll smell it even more! Last, and also not a favorite of mine, was the nutrient boost spray. I feel like it didn't do anything at all and possibly may have even increased the red spots on my face. So, in summary I really love the cleanser, like the AVT cream but wish it was not so heavy and I do feel that I've gotten some relief for the inflammation on my face.”

Phones keep cutting u off, can never get hold of people that know the products, majority of ordering section can't speak English very well so very hard 2 understand them. They have no clue about the products either. Took over 3 weeks to get my products. Very frustrating company 2 deal with. Not sure if I'll ever try ordering again.”

“Despite placing order and all items showing as 'in stock' order was not dispatched after 3 weeks ! I chased it to find part of my order was out of stock - after I had chased it I was asked if I wanted to cancel the out of stock item so that my other product could be dispatched. Poor service I should have been contacted and offered this option prior to having to chase the product.”

“Just over a year ago I was surfing the web for products that would help eliminate facial redness. I have very sensitive skin and have always had problems finding a product that works well for me especially for redness. I found ZedMed and took a leap of faith and ordered Linda's Redness Remedy. It took a while to receive my products but once I started using it I cold see a visual difference in my skin color. I like there products and have reordered them several times now. The cost is very much cheaper that the big name brands that I have used in the past. I was wearing 'Cover FX' under my makeup to hide the redness but now I find the need is not so great. “I love your products and your service. I only have one complaint and you know about this. It seems when I make a bigger order I always have a problem with the Canadian Border Services pulling the package and charging handling costs of $9.95 to charge PST and GST. You seem to only charge GST on my order. The problem is that I now have to get my partner to scan the import form to send to you just to get $9.95 back. The import form is so well glued to the package that it ripped apart trying to get it off. Thanks for your consideration and all your great service”

“I was diagnosed with Rosacea 10 years ago by my GP and thankfully I found Zenmed online. The cream cleanser, anti redness serum and calming lotion completely cured my symptoms.
