“貨品唔得 - 牙刷不能轉換清潔模式。 Service 唔得 - email 兩個星期才有人回覆。 CRM 唔得 - email 有回覆都覆錯，調亂晒客人的問題，而且完全無解決方案。”

Zenyum rất tiếc về trải nghiệm về dịch vụ chưa được như mong đợi của bạn. Về chính sách bảo hành chỉ áp dụng với lỗi về kĩ thuật, các lỗi hư hỏng ngoại quan không nằm trong chính sách bảo hành, rất mong bạn thông cảm nhé.

“When I purchase the item, the photo describing the "Zenyum Waterflosser Pro + Jet Tips Refill Pack" set showing one waterflosser with tip and 4 jet tips refill, however I only received two refill jet tips. And your CS didn't admit your fault on the misleading and false description of item on the photo but you eventually changed the photo on your website to one waterflosser with tip and 2 jet tips refill, which showing the exact content that your customer will receive. Poor CS, Poor PR, Poor item description, I wont recommend zenyum to any of my friends and family no matter how good your products are.”
