“One of the toothbrush pruchased was dead on delivery, the followup team was able to send a replacement after some back and forth email confirming the product is not working. The process is a bit hectic but at least the problem was sorted out in the end.”

“I have used it for a month now.. it takes some time to get used to it. I am not sure does it make my teeth cleaner, but I used to brush less than 2 minutes. With this Zenyum Sonic brush, I now know for sure.”

“Tôi mua sản phẩm từ giới thiệu của chị Hanah. Đầu tiên là giao diện mua sắm thuận tiện, rất nhanh chóng không cần tạo tài khoản đăng nhập. sau khi mua có chút vấn đề về mã bảo hành nhưng đã được Zenyum giải quyết nhanh chóng. Tuy nhiên app của Zenyum lúc đã đăng kí được mã bảo hành thì không truy xuất được thông tin.”

“Tôi mua máy qua chương trình ưu đãi của Hanaholala. Thời gian nhận được máy khá nhanh nhưng khi nhận được hàng thì bàn chải hồng bị lỗi. Tôi có liên hệ theo số hotline có trong trang web nhưng không liên hệ được. Sau đó phải nhờ lại trang Hanaholala liên hệ giúp thì bên store mới có nhân viên liên hệ lại để hỗ trợ. Việc này gây bất tiện và mất thời gian cho người dùng. Đề nghị Zenyum cập nhật lại số hotline đúng lên trang web để tiện cho khách hàng nếu có nhu cầu liên quan đến sản phẩm.”

“Overall, the only worst part of the product is the battery. This is my second order as my first one was bought on March 18, 2021, but the battery of the product was unchargeable in early February (less than a year) and I didn't realise it has a warranty till my son told me recently. I, therefore, report to your centre but refuse to replace or repair as only 2 months pass the bought date (only offer a half-price discount). I explained my situation and asked if an exemption can be considered for replacement in addition I have bought another one. The staff replied he will discuss it with the management but I did not receive the reply till today. Thus, the customer service that needs to be improved I think.”
