I ordered from a restaurant using their app and when I gave the order the app happily showed me that my order is accepted and will take 50 minutes to deliver and there are 3 riders in the area and anyone of them would pick my order. Then it shows me that a Mr Aftab has my order and will deliver it soon. After 35 minutes they send me a message that my order is cancelled because they cannot find a rider to deliver my food?? How can we believe what you guys report? And the refund will take 2-5 working days. So you take the money from us dont deliver our order and then give us our money after 2-5 working days?”

On today( 22-03-2019) I ordered a banana smoothie and Regular Fruit Sundae Salad With order no-#1252575709 and Valet(food delivery boy) not only wore his code of conduct dress but also not delivered food to me but my Zomato app was showing the food is delivered to you but actually i hadn't my food and when i talked to one of the chat process agent connected us on one line he argued to me also that i was lying i have a food history with the Zomato but never experiend this kind of service from any of the delivery boy but this was very bad experience of mine with valet(Delivery boy)
I hope you will take action against that delivery boy with order no--#1252575709
he is affecting your goodwill of your company and ialso affected by this incident
