Terrible experience. No quality control. Received a faulty cat tree.. Was meant to be uplifted on 2 separate occasions. Couriers did not arrive. Meanwhile a new cat tree arrived with a part missing. Still waiting on my £125 refund and have a large boxed cat tree in my hallway whilst lost 2 days sitting waiting for a courier. Use another Company!

Customer service very poor, they ignore your questions & just give standard replies, are there any human beings working there or is it all automated ? would not honour a discount code THEY sent me.

Shocking customer service, having used for a number of years, when things go wrong you are met by robots with no brains who couldn't give a monkey’s, never again. Common Zooplus get your customer service dept into gear. Regards Ex-long term customer

Having been a customer for a number of years, I received a mail-shot with discount code (nice touch I thought), sadly the code didn’t work. When you try to contact them they send a standard reply saying ‘I the customer have done something wrong’, very frustrating & extremely annoying. That was the last time I use them, clearly run by robots without brains.

Avoid this company like the plague,... Ordered on a Sunday told delivery would be by the Wednesday, on the Tuesday i noticed the order status had not changed so contacted them and was told they have a large back log in the warehouse but my order would be delivered within 48 hours (have an email from them stating this also). Thursday i found the status of my order had still not changed so have called them again (their response centre agents are very rude!) and again was told exact same line backlog in warehouse and that my order was not despatched yet so i asked exactly when it would be despatched and was told 'I do not know' and that i probably wont be this week... Have asked for them to cancel my order and if they do not i will do a claim through papal. Absolutely useless avoid.
