“For zooplus .ie ( Ireland).the soft dog food of Royal canin , gastrointestinal, low fat increased from 56 euro to 64 euro over a 2 day period .when I contacted them , they cited suppliers and logistics as the reason .totally unacceptable. I have noticed in the last yr , that prices have increased alot .one would expect more from an on line website .the deliveries were always very slow 10 to 14 days to arrive but I was willing to put up with this , but I intend to unsunscribe soon .”
“I can't fault the prices, however, the delivery service is awful. Already 3 days overdue, with Evri messages 'out for delivery' and parcel nowhere in sight.
I have incurred extra expense as had to purchase additional dog kibble from reputable store. Not happy with this service.”
