The mattress order came within a week of being ordered. Could not believe that a Queen size mattress was in a box about 42-inches tall. Opening the box and unwrapping the mattress was a unique experience. Within 2 minutes of unwrapping mattress, it expanded. After an hour, the mattress looked to be full size. To our surprise, the mattress was firm and easy to move. Leaving mattress alone for another 12 hours per the instructions so it fully expands. Mattress looks great and so far feels firm and comfortable.
