I live on the second floor of a duplex with a very narrow stairwell so a modular couch was a MUST. I bought the 2-seater hoping it would fit in my small living room and it was so perfect I bought the matching chair a few weeks later. Both are incredibly comfortable and I live the versatility of moving the ottoman for however I feel like lounging. I like knowing it will be easy to move to my next space and that I can combine these pieces into a larger couch if needed in the future. Only con for this furniture is the boxes are really heavy/bulky, it was much easier for me to move by myself after opening them downstairs and carry the cushions, etc up.
