I discovered this website and decided to order some green chili for holidays. Since I lived in New Mexico for 5 plus years, my husband is from Santa Fe. We know what we were looking for. Hatch Green Chili here did not let us know. We made green chili stew and green chili corn bread for Thanksgiving with friends. We ordered medium one and there was kick afterwards and delicious. Everyone loved it. We will make some burritos with green chili soon. It got us hooked and we know where to get next year :)
