As an Army Veteran with tinnitus and mild hearing loss studying to become an EMT this helps me to hear when taking manual blood pressure as well as to hear heart and lung sounds better. I highly recommend this product especially to those who have issues hearing. I simply attach it to my Littmann Classic 3 stethoscope and it works great with zero issues.
