My feeder was blown off the hanger and the hanging rod got a little bent. Even after my attempt at straightening, it was never perfect and the water in the feeder wasn't level so I couldn't fill it totally to where it was supposed to be. A customer service rep got right back to me and let me know the part to order and now my feeder is hanging straight once again! Happy customer!!!
