Ok just installed this yesterday- so I cannot speak to its longevity in the Florida rain & heat. It was just as advertised, went up super easy with a second person helping me the first couple minutes so I could attach it across the top of the fence first. I LOVE the privacy, the color green helps blend into the environment better than black would.
