A traditional method blend, this is a delicious Aussie take on the French style. Perfectly pale pink in colour that smells as though you are walking through a strawberry farm. It tastes of red berries dancing like poised ballerinas. Elegant and refined, with a balanced dry finish. Lip-smackingly good.
A superb drop that I'd put up there in the top 10 pink traditional method sparkling wines in Australia - right up there with Deviation Road's Altair Brut Rose. So good!!
