Over the past year, I've been exploring grenaches more than ever. This bottle had me from the get-go. Super fun name and artwork, and I couldn't have anticipated such a sophisticated and complex taste. I've tried most of the Songs From Mars range now, and this remains my favourite of the bunch. Cherry cola is the main note, but not at all in a sickly way. Utterly delicious, vibrant, and playful, yet with a lingering finish that reminds me of more mature, fine wines. Great value and an undeniable crowd-pleaser, as well as something to sip slow and contemplate. Just try it - you won't be disappointed! I wish I bought more!
