This wine is a winner. Forget the Penfolds Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz or indeed the Grange as this a full-bodied wine of utmost coherence and quality with an impressive bouquet which sets the right message for the palate. I love the tannins and oak treatment and the integration of blackcurrant and blueberry fruits. Talk about intense. Whilst a blend of 90% cabernet sauvignon and 10% shiraz the pepper characters surprise. The finish is outstanding giving a long and rich aftertaste.
