I have had 5 scoopers and all of them have broken in about 6ths months, give or take. The company stands by their product and replaced 2 of them. For some reason I held on to them and sent a pic showing them the flaw in the product.. The downside to the replacement was that they charged me shipping. That didn't make sense to me.
