I would recommend the 8 Bag Boxing Stand/ Bolt Down system if you have the space. Putting the system require more than one person. I had friends and family help me put it together. The frame material is very heavy duty, and comes with thick bolt screws w/ washers and nuts. The system needs to be Bolted down into the ground to prevent movement. There is 1 pre drilled hole at each foot base of the the system. No bolts for each foot base come with system. No big deal. Those you can get at any hardware store. I drilled 4 holes in my garage concrete floor then applied quikcret epoxy into the holes. I place 1 bolt each into each hole. I Waited 72 hours before securing the frame down with nuts. The heavy duty 8 bag Boxing Stand Is nice. If you have the space get one. I opted to keep the system in my garage vs in the backyard to prevent from the heavy bags getting damage from the weather over time.
