I had just purchased my mother a retractable awning from another brand the same size and features for about $8,000. I decided to purchase this one from Aleko and it was only $800. I had to assemble mine. Instructions said it should take about 8 hrs with 2 people and I had it put together in 4 by myself. I used the instruction manual that came with it and 2 videos on YouTube to get it together. I had a friend help me mount it which took about an hour. I called customer service and spoke to a representative about adjusting the motor. I was on the phone about 5 mins and spoke to a technician who installs them (Tyler) who told me exactly what to do and had it adjusted in 2 mins. Great Customer service. The awning arrived in about 5-7 days and came in a large heavy box with the frame and another small box with the fabric. I used a dolly to wheel it to the back porch and assembled it. I wish I had tried this brand before ordering my mother's. I'm very satisfied with my awning. I also paired the wind sun sensor to mine. Very easy. I have a 10x20 motorized cassette model.
