From placing the order to receiving and starting to use the AcuGraph, I did receive a continuous, professional, and yet quite friendly support from Miridia, especially Jenni, the sales representative. I cannot thank her and the company enough for going the extra mile to make the devices reach us in Turkey, where they could not deliver due to Turkey's strict customs rules. They did an amazing job, all of them. Jenni kept us posted about every step of the shipment procedure during the process. Never have we felt abandoned or alone,and still don't almost one month after our first procurement. AcuGraph will contribute to the rapid growth our health business in Turkey.
