Crystal clear and a lovely sunset amber in the glass. Tart mandarin and yellow grapefruit aromas. Very minimal tannins and a fresh acidity that doesn't linger. No overt funkiness or astringency to speak of makes it an ideal candidate for anyone wanting to try a refined skin-contact white without getting into anything too different.
