I am very pleased with my purchase. Sharpest knife I’ve ever owned! Though it is my first professional chef knife, I love the weight and balance and the western knife handle. I was worried at first spending so much money ordering a knife over the Internet that I did not hold in my hand before purchasing, but it’s all good. Paper thin tomato slices achievement unlocked.
