The installation was easy once I figured it out.
The head rail is plastic and it was scratched and had a scraped mark but I went ahead and put it up. It was not as noticeable once it was up. I noticed it when I walked into the room but my husband did not until I pointed it out. I did not want to deal with the hassle of shipping it back and wait another ten days to get a new one.
