Arena strength really have outdone themselves! The quality of these bands are superb and the look is even better. I purchased the blue set so that my husband/work-out partner can feel comfortable working out with them as well. We both love them so much that I’m now to going order my own set in pink, as well as the body bands! This is my first experience with resistance training, and these bands not only give a great workout, but motivates you to want to keep going! This set also comes with a booklet which provides instructions on different workouts, proper routines, and the correct form to use. Definitely a customer for life🙌🏾
