I've been using this panel for roughly three weeks, and I'm pleased to say it's delivering results. Almost immediately, I felt a difference mentally(I struggle with some things)--less anxiety and a lighter mood. The main reason I've gone to this therapy, however, is for some joint pain (I'm a little older) and to help rehab a knee injury. I am still struggling with the knee thing, but I did not expect the shoulder pain I've had from another older injury would respond so well. After two weeks and about ten sessions, my shoulder is pain-free and my other joints are also feeling pretty good. It's kind of amazing. I've also noticed a few troublesome skin patches showing signs of improvement. I'm anxious to see what kind of results I have after 3 mo., 6 mo., etc., but at this point, I'm pleased with what I'm experiencing. So much so, that I've ordered the BioMax 450 to attach to the bottom of the 900, to get a taller total panel. I've chosen to permanently mount the panel to a bathroom wall, and I've put down a couple of tape marks where I want to stand, and I just hit the remote switch and go. The built-in timer beeps halfway through, so I can just turn and do front and back in a single 20-minute session. It's very easy to use.
